Jerry Don Womack, 36, passed away
peacefully Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005.
Celebration of life: A celebration
of Jerry's life will be held for his friends and family at 3 p.m. Tuesday in
Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation: with his family will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bluebonnet Hills
Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd.
Memorials: Flowers may be sent to
Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, or contributions may be made to the American
Cancer Society or the Masons.
Mr. Womack was born Dec. 20, 1968,
in Fort Worth, where he was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Eastern
Hills High School in 1987, then graduated from Lincoln Tech. He was employed by
Bell Helicopter as a UTO for the last 18 years. He served in the Army Reserve
and was a member of Handley Masonic Lodge.
On July 29, 1992, Jerry married
Melinda Kavanaugh of Fort Worth.
Although Jerry was taken from us
much too soon, he lived life to the fullest and always with a smile. In high
school he boxed in Golden Gloves. He loved playing baseball, fishing, hunting
and riding horses. He was a member of the Miller Golf League. His newfound
passion for golf led him to play in the Colonial Pro-Am this past May.
Survivors: Many friends and these
family members will continue to love and honor Jerry: Beloved wife, Melinda;
precious daughters, Jerilyn and Jennifer; parents, Joe and Mary; sisters,
Tricia, Linda and Tamara; brothers, Larry, Joe, Jeff and Henry; and cherished
pets, Mo and Maggie.
